At least one Moroccan was reported dead in the terrorist attacks that struck Brussels on Tuesday, 22 March 2016.
A Moroccan woman is among those killed in Tuesday’s terror attacks in Brussels, according to a provisional toll of Moroccan diplomatic sources in Brussels.
Four other Moroccans were injured, two of them seriously.
The victims’ identities has yet to be released.
31 people were killed and more than 230 were wounded when two explosions went off inside an international airport and at a metro station close to the European Union’s institutional hub in Brussels.
Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Two brothers, Khalid and Ibrahim El Bakraoui, have been identified as the terrorists who committed the suicide bombings at the Brussels airport, According to Belgian media. The brothers were known to the police and were wanted for their links with the terrorist network involved in last year’s devastating attacks in Paris.
