The 51-year-old Moroccan has been held at the notorious Guantánamo Bay prison camp since 2002.

779 prisoners have been held by the U.S. military at Guantánamo since the prison opened on January 11, 2002. Among those detained were 15 Moroccan citizens.

Today, while most Guantánamo detainees have been released or transferred to other detention centres, 80 men are still held at Guantánamo, and among them is the 51-year-old Moroccan Abdul Latif Nasir.

This document was published by WikiLeaks. It is one of the 779 secret files from Guantanamo Bay prison camp which the website started publishing since 2011. Please note that many allegations included in these documents have been contested by Guantánamo detainees and their lawyers.
